For most brides, getting engaged is exciting and it’s tempting to dive straight into mega wedding dress hunting, visiting multiple boutiques and trying on endless gowns. Our advice? Don’t. Too many dresses at too many boutiques can be overwhelming, making it harder to decide. Only start shopping when you're ready to commit to a dress. Start with one boutique at a time, see what they have and notice what you’re loving. If you put on a dress, love what you see and then get that magical feeling of not wanting to take it off... guess what - you’ve found your gown!

You're welcome to bring 1, 2, or 3 special guests to help you find your dream dress. Most brides find the one on their first visit so we recommend bringing those whose opinions you trust most. While it’s tempting to invite a big group, too many voices can make the decision harder. A small, trusted group keeps the experience special and focused on you. Wedding day dress reveals are a big trend right now & the photos / videos we’ve seen online look incredible! If you love the idea of a big reveal on the day, choose your guests wisely.

You need to visit us, say YES to your dream dress and order at least 12 months before your wedding. However, if your wedding is further away and you're ready to find the one now, that’s great. The earlier the better for a stress-free process. All dresses are made to order so you need to allow time for them to be ordered, made & delivered. Most take at least 6 to 8 months to arrive and then alterations can take 4 to 8 weeks. Leaving wedding dress shoping last minute adds unnecessary stress so as soon as you're ready, it’s time to book.

Yes! Every bride who visits has a private luxury appointment with the boutique all to themselves with our outstanding service and refreshments too! Booking is easy. Click 'Book an Appointment' at the top of this page or on our homepage. The link takes you straight to our calendar so you can choose a date and time that suits you.

We can comfortably seat the bride + 3 guests during your appointment with us and although we adore children, we ask that you make other arrangements for them, during your time with us. Who should I bring? See our top tip above.

Depending on the dress you choose, delivery can take between 6 to 8 months. You'll also need alterations for that perfect fit, which can take a couple of months after this. That’s why we ask you to visit at least 12 months before your wedding to keep the process smooth from start to finish.

Short on time? 'Priority Rush Orders' are also available or you can buy an 'Off The Peg' dress.

Please come prepared with a supportive bra for measuring purposes and to make you feel comfortable along with skin-coloured underwear, if possible. No thongs please, for hygiene reasons. If you plan to wear shapewear on your wedding day, we suggest wearing it when choosing your dress.

There's also no need to bring heels as we have a special platform for you to stand on.

We require a 50% payment to order your dress with the remaining balance due when your dress is ready to be delivered to the boutique. We also offer a Payment Plan if you’d prefer to pay in instalments. Just ask us at your appointment.

We have two collections here. Our main collection that consides of our 'Made to Order' dresses start at £1300 to £2500 with the majority of our dresses falling between £1599 and £1800. Our 'Off The Peg' collection starts at £499 to £1399.

Yes! We offer instalments with no added interest. Just let us know and we’ll arrange a payment plan for you.

Once you say yes to your dream dress, we’ll provide contact details for an independent seamstress we regularly use.

You'll be pleased to hear that the majority of our dresses to try on are in sizes 10-18 and our 'Curvy' collection are in sizes 18-30. We understand it can sometimes be difficult to envision your wedding dress when the sample size is less than a perfect fit but we have clips and tricks to help give you a very good idea. Our aim is to dress brides of all shapes and sizes and make them look and feel amazing!

Yes! We have a beautiful collection of veils and hair accessories to complete your bridal look. During your appointment, you can view and try them on. Our veils come in various lengths to match your dress and we also offer a bespoke service where your initials can be sewn onto your veil. Our hair accessories range from delicate combs to headbands and tiaras. Ask us about our 'Pearl Package'.
